Additionally, we also deliver to DHL Packstations within Germany.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We personally pack all your orders, so during peak times, there may be delays. Once your order is shipped, delivery within Germany takes 2 to 4 working days. International delivery takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country. Holidays may affect delivery times.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.

CAN I ADD MORE PRODUCTS TO MY ALREADY COMPLETED ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. If you wish to order additional items, please place a new order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER NOT ACCEPTED OR CANCELED?
Orders may be cancelled if:
• The ordered item is unavailable,
• Identity verification during customer data check fails,
• The full payment is not made to high by honey GmbH within fourteen (14) days.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
In our online shop, the following payment methods are available:
PayPal
(PayPal, by direct debit, or credit card) You can pay the invoice amount through the online provider PayPal:
• You can confirm the payment instruction to us with your existing PayPal account.
Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process,
• Without registering for a customer account directly, you can confirm the payment instruction to us via "PayPal Guest Payment" or "Pay without a PayPal account" by direct debit or credit card.
CreditCard
If you choose to pay by credit card, please do not interrupt the payment process prematurely. After your order in our online shop/check-out, you will be redirected to your bank/app to confirm the credit card payment.
Klarna
With Klarna's invoice purchase, you can conveniently order your goods online and then simply pay by invoice upon receipt. This payment option requires a successful identity and credit check. Note: Ordering with a different delivery address is unfortunately not possible!
Apple Pay
If Apple Pay is activated on your device (eg, MacBook, iPad, or iPhone with Touch/Face ID) and Safari is used as the browser, our system will recognize this and allow you to complete your order with it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving an approved return, we'll promptly refund the payment using the same method you used for the transaction, within 14 (fourteen days).
