Location: Düsseldorf or surrounding area

Our company is looking for a committed and motivated runner/assistant who will support both the daily tasks of an online shop and the everyday life of an influencer. This position requires flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities:

Online shop support:
- Preparation and shipping of orders.
- Warehouse management and reordering of goods.
- Support with product photography and description.
- Answering customer inquiries via email and social media.

Accompaniment and support in the everyday life of an influencer:
- Organization and coordination of appointments and events.
- Support with content creation or video recordings.
- Researching and preparing content ideas.
- Management and maintenance of social media channels.
- Errands and errands (e.g. shopping, picking up/returning packages).
- Travel planning and organization.

Requirements:

- Class B driving license and own mobility.
- High flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or social media is an advantage.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Aesthetics for photography and knowledge of how to handle photos are an advantage
